  • No. Messiah Medical is a direct-pay practice and does not participate with insurance plans. This model allows for longer visits, continuity of care, timely communication, and medical decision-making without insurance restrictions.

  • Yes. We provide medical weight management that integrates lifestyle modification, exercise, nutrition, advanced diagnostics, and medications when clinically appropriate. Care emphasizes sustainable behavior change and long-term metabolic health rather than short-term weight loss alone.

When needed, care may include structured virtual fitness programming and collaboration with registered dietitians.

  • Yes, when clinically indicated. GLP-1 receptor agonists are prescribed following medical evaluation and ongoing monitoring. When these medications are used, treatment is actively managed over time, with dose adjustments based on patient response, clinical metrics, weight trends, travel, exercise adherence, and tolerance.

These medications are one tool among many and are not appropriate for every patient.

  • Yes. We evaluate and manage hormonal health in both men and women when clinically appropriate. Treatment decisions are guided by symptoms, objective testing, and evidence-based practice rather than preset protocols.
